Were you wrongly ticketed and convicted?
If you were wrongly convicted or targetted by a cop under the street racing legislation, MPP Peter Tabuns want to hear from you. If he gets enough letters, he will go before the legislature and possibly ask for ammendments. This is the e-mail I received from mrlitho21@msn.com on June 14, 2009:
Hi John,
Heres what I need!
Last week I talked with MPP Mr. Peter Tabuns , He said John Newell's book has many valid points.
He also said he would bring this matter before legislature, but he needs letters from people who have been affected by this law, particularly from the victims of Sgt. Dennis Mahoney-Bruer and from who's been nailed with 172 and been found innocent in court!
I would think a written letter would be best, an e-mail would do also!
I need those same letters sent here: mrlitho21@msn.com for my next meeting with Mr. Tabuns.
Mr. Peter Tabuns

tabunsp-co@ndp.on.ca
Please take the time and write a letter!
Peter Tabuns is the only member of the legislature who had any idea of what he was voting for when he voted for the street racing legislation. As he explained to mrlitho21, it would have been political suicide to vote against the bill at that time.
If you have been targetted jump on this.
