URGENT help - parking in handicapped?

Okay today i just got a mail for me to goto court for a $300 ticket for parking in a handicapped space without permit, this happend a year ago and i requested a court date, now the courtdate is on wednesday.

the reason i requested for a court date, is because that day, AT THAT TIME, i was at work, up in bayview and major mac. how could i possibly be parking illeagally somewhere in downtown? according to the mail it said i parked at 1050 yonge, where ever that is.

and also, i do own a handicapped permit. so going to court to fight this stupid $300 ticket should be easy right?

also secondly, i got another "parking without owners consent" ticket somewhere down leslie, on dec 6th, at 9pm? i don't recall getting a parking ticket on my windshield on that day, nor i ever been to that adress (leslie and finch). what should i do about this? bring it to court?

need some advice, this is so stupid...

edit: also the OWNER of the vehicle is my dad, does he have to goto court or can i go for him? i know nothing about law sorry!

for both tickets does the OWNER of the car have to do all the court dates n stuff?

also if the ticket guy writes the wrong adress the ticket is not valid right?

were you issued the handicap permit ? If so then the $300 is an easy win .. Simply show your permit to the magistrate and u should be fine.

If its someone else's handicap permit and u were using it then that person can loose the permit and you will get stuck with the ticket

So whoever what issued the permit should go to court.. they will have a good defence.

Highly unlikely that u got issued a false ticket - the ticket has your cars description .. if that matches then your defence of you being at work will fail.
