Tickets not in the System (No licence and no Insurance)

I am 16 years old, and got involved in an accident. I was driving without licence and Insurance and got 5 Traffic Tickets. It happened on Halloween and I was at that time 15. I went last week to book a court appointment ( 1 1/2 Months late) but my Traffic Tickets were not in the System and the guy at the counter told me im lucky and should go home. I asked him if I get a message or something and he said come back if you get something.

Why is it not in the System ?

What could the consequences be ?

I havent got any notification so far.

I got tickets for:

Failing to show the Insurance card

Careless Driving

Having no Licence

Bold Tires ( They were normal Mercedes Benz tires)

Wearing no Seatbelt (Altough the cop arrived 10 minuits after the accident ... I told him I had my seatbelt on but he answered I dont believe your Story, and thats why I dont believe you wore a seatbelt)

As a "child", you are not allowed to initially choose how you plea. You (and your parents) will receive a summons in the mail with a court date.

There's a slight chance the officer unloaded all this "paper" on you to scare the *****'s out of you (which it SHOULD do), and actually has no intention of filing ALL of them with the court. If nothing comes in the mail within a month from the incident, you probably got off very lucky.

If the summons arrives in the mail, your folks better have a very good lawyer! Don't even think about a traffic fighter. Only a high-paid, qualified lawyer has a chance to save you from major financial woe's over the next several years.

Judging by your well-typed post, I can only assume none of your fingers are broken. If you were my kid, just about every bone in your body would be broke!

when ya get 10day's, I believe you need to fill out who yer ins co is on it, they dont issue you a 10 day without something written on it - unless the're ***** at their job.

in either case, it's yer responsibility for that. 10 day's are for vehicles that are "fit" for the road and are meant for a trip, not to drive all day for 10 days in like most ppl do, driving a car on the road requires insurance regardless, otherwise ppl would get 10 days all the time (max 4 allowed per car per yr I think)

10 day's dont give you a pass for driving a ***** box either, so if the car has its exhaust dragging, or busted windows, or bad brakes - it can be towed off the road by cops.

funny how ppl always abuse 10 days and dealer plates.

do ya have a license now?

I think ya got lucky and im guessin ya didnt hit a car or person, so a single car accident just might not get filed by the cop

so who payed for the damages, to fix the car, etc...

implications:-
high insurance, really high
instant demerit points if and when ya get a license (within several years)
paying big time fines
not having a car in yer name for a long time
red and black listed

ya it sucks when yer young and cops dont believe ya, seatbelt deal

You're so lucky. The cop probably entered your tickets incorrectly. If you actually got charged with all those offence you wouldn't be able to get insurance or your insurance would be a mortgage payment..lol

No, but I go soon for it.

I think ya got lucky and im guessin ya didnt hit a car or person, so a single car accident just might not get filed by the cop

The funny thing is, I hit a car ... I tried to get from the road-side on the street, moved the car a little to my left and the other car hit me. I think the woman was too close to the parked cars and she was fast too. She didnt even try to break, I guess she didnt see me coming out.

My Parents ! The total Costs were close to $10 000, I upload a Picture of the damage later on.

implications:-
high insurance, really high
instant demerit points if and when ya get a license (within several years)
paying big time fines
not having a car in yer name for a long time
red and black listed

Like I told ya, my tickets are not in the System, and I think I got lucky away. Its been now 5 Months since the accident happened and I still didnt get any notification. The woman who banged me , seemed also to be scared ... she sat on a Stone and tried to convince the witnesses to speak for her. She was Afghani, just like me ... I guess she also had no Insurance

ya it sucks when yer young and cops dont believe ya, seatbelt deal
I still can fight for that. What I think is, those Cops decidet to teach me a lesson ... therefor the tickets which are not in the System.

apply for a dl and go get a drivers abstract, see whats going on over at the dmv, theres no way in hell the cop lost those tickets because this is a major case that hes gonna pay careful attention to. if you read some posts i made about 6 - mts back i got caught for speeding with a g1. postponed the case for 2 years and i had to get a good lawyer and i paid about $700 in fines. oh + 1 month liscense suspension, but looking at the car you damaged u seem pretty well off so im guessing money isnt an issue. dont worry ur a rich kid, mommy and daddy wont let anything happen to you

so those are probable outcomes. good luck and dont be an idiot anymore
