SCREWED by New Xcopper. Out $550 and convicted!
So I am not sure if anyone else has experienced the same thing but I am deeply disappointed at the "new" XCopper. First of all, I saw 2 cube vans stating "We win or its free." I called XCopper and I got what I believe was a call centre (perhaps their own.) As soon as I called the attendant put me on hold for 10 minutes...
But that's not the bad part. I spoke to a man named Jason? and I asked about the advertising I saw stating that XCopper would win or its free. He beat around the bush and finally gave me a $550 quote for a seat beat charge. I hired XCopper not knowing I was being skimmed. And then guess what... after I paid another gentleman told me there was no such thing as "we win or its free."
I also phoned a few other "ticket specialists" and they all told me the laws were changed to prevent gimmicks such as "we win or its free." XCopper lost my charge, lied to me, were rude and now I am out $550. JUST DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

its really too bad that X-Coppers were allowed to go back into business after they claimed bankruptcy last year and left 6000+ clients high and dry with no representation. If you feel that you were lied to and treated unfairly, i would suggest putting in a formal complaint to the Law Society of Upper Canada. they now regulate these companies that are run by paralegals and they really should know that this is happening.... here is a link to their "contact us" page where you could reach the complaints department. http://www.lsuc.on.ca/about/a/contact/
the only way to stop this from happening in the future is to inform the law society...
