I guess campus police at university waterloo have taken the new 'street racing' blitz to heart as well. I parked my eclipse in the campus parking lot to go into my rez for a well earned rest. campus cop pulls over, flashlights me and the car. Then demands my ownership and insurance slip. Im just thinking " Your not even a real cop" I pass him the papers and he looks over them. THEN...he asks to see my lisence. OOOOOK. I look in his cruiser, he doesnt even have a laptop to check my history. I see him with his little flashlight in his mouth and scribbling my liscence details on a little pad.
He then tried to play cool, saying fast and furious was a great movie.
I gave him a look and told him it was the biggest sack of Ive ever seen. I guess because I have a cf hood and an exhaust Im a street racer. What is the world coming too??? :

They’re special constables, so they are real cops.

But possibly this would be better answered by the legal people on the site. Personally, i don’t thinking screwing with them would be good.
