How long do the points stay on your record? 2 years? 3? Anyone know?
Actually I just read that. But now i have another question. Do the points expire 2 years after the offence date or 2 years after the conviction date?
I have an offence from September 2003 but I wasn't convicted until October 2004. So would the points expire in September 2005 or in October 2006?
I hope it expires this year.

It's at the date of the conviction sham.
Cause if you dont pay your fine and you decide to fight it, you're still innocent until proven guilty. When your conviction occured, that's when your 2 years started.

i know that speeding tickets stay on your record for 3 years.. Accidents stay on your record for 4 years.. Even though you may have your points back, those stay on there which sucks for insurance quotes.
