um i need help ive never really doner this court thing but on monday i have to go to court for a 3 point speeding ticket 20 over.. and driving in the carpool lane.. i posponed my first court date and now it is back again:| lol but yea anyone have any ideas wat i can do or say? or even set a later date again so that i can hire someone??? i need advice plz help

So you already had 1 continuance, and now you want another? You'll have to have a real good reason for it. Have you done NO preparation since your offence date? I'm not sure if you'll even see this post in time, but you're best bet would likely be to ask the Crown if he would consider withdrawing the "greater" charge if you plead guilty to the remaining charge, as it seems you have NO defense to either charge.

He will seek you out and speak to you just before court opens. This is when both sides make their "pitch".
