High Risk Insurance

i'm 27 with 4 tickets to come off my record; 3 this summer and one next winter... then my record is clean.

i can't seem to find an insurance company that deals with modified vehicles (engine swaps, etc..). most of them out there all want inspections of the vehicle prior to insuring them.

so my question is, am i better off to just not disclose the mods? i know i'd be taking the chance, but.. <shrugz>

anyone know any (high risk) insurance companies that don't require inspection / pictures prior to insuring?

help with this would be appreciated.
