Moosexing street rep is low. keep going
That is very easy to explain..........

1) MTO drivers/vehicle licencing offices: These people know nothing about laws....thay have applied to a job, can type, follow a few directions etc and that's it.
EG: How many vehicles are improperly plated? Blue lettered plates (other than personal) are for passenger vehicles. Black lettered plates are for commercial vehicles only (definition: motor vehicle having permanently attached thereto a truck or delivery body) You see numerous passenger vans with black plates and SUV's.
How many vehicles owners with a gross weight over 4501kgs are told they now have to now apply for a commerical vehicle operating registration number?

CONTACT the Minstry of Enviroment...SMOG police for details on emissions
