I want to buy a 1984 Nighthawk 700s. Pros? Cons?

That's a site with all the information you need about the Honda Nighthawk 700s. A friend is offering $500 for it. I think that's a good deal. And when you go to the site read all the information and charts and then tell me what are the pro's and con's and help me interpret the numbers. I want a thourough description please. Thank you!
