ummm do i have to to go underneath my 2003 honda crv to see the starter or to change it??

yeah you will need to be under neath the car to see it and to work on it. It looks like a cylinder type thing. I your car wont start just take a hammer and "tap" it a couple of times when someone is turning the key over
