Hi. My dad has a 2003 honda element, but recently the center cap inside one of the rims got stolen. He wants to buy another one, but we can't figure out how to order it. The dealerships where I live are no help, and some of the out of town ones said they no longer make that brand ( Theory - Konig). How can we find them on the internet, and how will we know that they'll match the other three on the car?

Honda dealers are supposed to have all these parts, call them, tell them the year and base model (size of engine). But try parts.com or ebay

If the Honda dealer can't get them (and he SHOULD be able to), check on ebay-- You might have to buy the whole wheel, but the prices aren't too bad.
