Lots of $$$. For a start, you'll probably need the following items at the very least:
- manual tranny
- shifter
- shifter linkage
- shift ****
- shift boot
- clutch disc
- flywheel
- pressure plate
- longer clutch bolts as most automatic ones are too short
- clutch master/slave cylinder (if altima's are hydraulic)
- axles (don't know if automatic and manual ones are the same)
- sensors
- speedo cable
- interior trim pieces
Unless you really want your bro's altima - I'd just buy one with a manual tranny to begin with.
