I want to put a small 2stroke engine on a bicycle,it's a newer 21 speed mountain bike.Thinking of using the engine out of my chain saw,but the hang up will be is how will i power it to the rear tire, cause the chain is not going to match the sproket on the engine.Any ideas? Or do you know of any sites where i can find out more about this? Thanks.

King's Motorbikes offers a complete kit for installing an engine on a bicycle. Having never seen their products, I cannot recommend for or against them, but this might be a good place to start.WARNING:About 60 years ago, I installed a Maytag Washer gasoline engine on a Radio Flyer coaster wagon, and I learned many lessons in this project, including that, while it did propel the wagon, it was not a good idea in the first place.

If you found someone to convert the ol sprocket gears of the crank on the bike and then you can mount to crank on the blockall you have to do is make sure you mounts line up enough the chain wont bind also the bike chassis needs a good bit of support once you weld the ngine brackets in place. the after said and done get a 32oz and go riding
