If you ask for the top-of-the-range BMW bike, none will be able to touch it in price and performance. We're talking about production bikes, of course, and not custom-built racers.

My uncle has just bought a `Vincent 1000 Black Shadow (1956)` for the princely sum of Â£23,000. Obviously a collectors bike.To buy a new bike at top end cost would either be a BMW cruiser or the Honda `Gold wing` I should think.
