Is there a way to make a 1999 KAWASAKI KX100 street legeal in ny ?

I own a 1999 KAWASAKI KX100 I want to be able to drive it on the street is there anyway to do this ?

Check with the D.O.T. they will tell you if 2 strokes are street legal there. If they are, sure, you can modify it to make it street legal.

ya i was gonna make my ttr 125 street leagal

its real easy if your bike already has a battery and electric start but i asume it dosn't

so u need:

battery
electric start
headlights
tailights
turn signals
Highway rated tires
and to get it certified as safe

Everything is easy but the wiring can get complicated unless u already have electric start
