Yes there is; check the link below. If you are over 21 and have a car license, you can get a 90 day motorcycle permit, but you can't carry passengers until you pass your test. When you pass the test, you can add an endorsement to your license. I also just read on another site that if you're new to FL you'll have to take a class (they have it online) of FL driving laws & DUI laws. If you haven't ridden a motorcycle before, I would recommend you take a class. Where I live in FL there are at least two motorcyle fatalities a week in my county. I live in a small county, but people aren't aware we're out there on the roads. Be safe & good luck.
