My motorcycle is idling so low that it stalls and cuts out, what could this be?

It is a 2003 Kawasaki 1500 Mean Streak. At first i tried to adjust the idle speed but nothing happened. Then i used the choke to warm it up for about 5-10 min which caused it to idle much better, but the minute i put the choke back in it goes back to idling low and stalling out unless i constantly use throttle. Can anyone help me out?

What do you mean nothing happened when you adjusted the idle speed? If nothing happened then you didn't adjust it. You may have adjusted something else like the mixture, but not the idle speed. Join a forum for your bike. You won't find much technical help here.
