converting a lancer to evo

If a vehicle is on the Inadmissable then there are no modifications that can be done to make it legal in Canada... NONE!!!!!
A perfect example is the Scion tC.... it is a USA ONLY model!! ONLY!!! Toyota did that to keep it a special niche car.
So sorry to kill your thoughts but THERE ARE ZERO mods you can do to change something that is Inadmissible! The End.

I believ the TC is legal in canada since there is one on dufferin all the time plus there was one for sale at a toyota dealership in mississauga.

i am pretty sure that a few 05's slipped in before the RIV made them inadmisible.
but 05/06 tc's are on the inadmissible list.

they were left off of the last 2 or 3 revisions to the list (after the 07 models were released).
there are already people that have imported them, and thats after many discussion with the riv.
