I've got a hardware modified XBOX, capable of playing Live still because the chip can be disabled.
Comes with:
XBOX System
1 Controller
1 RCA Video Cable
1 Power Cable
The system has the standard 8gb hard drive right now, but any IDE hard drive can be installed in it. I can install this for you and set it up so you can copy tons of games to the HD. Right now it is able to play backup copies of games and unsigned code.
$200
If you want an 80GB hard drive upgrade I can include one for an additional $50. (or you can provide your own and I'll set it up for free).
The current dashboard has the following features:
FTP Server
XBOX Media Center
XBOX Media Player
Region Free DVD Player
Copy XBOX Games to HD (maybe 1 game fits on the standard HD)
XBOX File Browser
XBOX Web Browser
