I am basing my pricing on the fact that:

a) this seems to be a decent asking price since the unit is brand new, with no contract + less the rogers is asking

b) ebay pricing is similar (and then there are no shipping charges and / or duties

c) this exact model is not available in the us - similar models are, but not this 'limited edition model' - however I will not state its limited (motorola corporate states this) - but the last Pink Razr that was also 'limited' became wide such that everyone knew someone that had it.

This is a unit that I have seen no one with - not even the blue one that is also available.

Send me your offers - it offers stereo' bluetooth, has a 2MP camera, etc...
