i was just minding my bussiness when this light blue vw started to follow me so i punched it and we both went pretty fast thru those turns ...i lost him near the end ...well i thought i did untill i heard phsfft and he flew by me ...almost killing himself when some dumb *** in an old pick up truck just jumped in his lane ....anybody here ?
i just wanna know what kind of a car was it .

maybe it would ...but i still rather drive my car in winter on gravel in rain or on the twisties ......but what models vw came with turbo ? that thing was 4 door looked fairly old, had nice rims ...it was leaving brampton going on qew west.

The only factory turbo VW's were diesels. As for the twisties, not much can beat a Rabbit with no front sway bar, the rear axle squared off, and nuespeed sofsports with Bilstein adjustables. Add to that 2l 16v with t3 turbo, and an evo can barely keep up through the slalom. Trust me. I've done it. With Kumho 712's 195 45R/15 tires. However, add gravel, and I would much rather have your car. I've driven a WRX on snow, and WHAT A BLAST!!!!! Love those things.

..lol ....still would rather drive my 2.5 rs rather than a rabbit.
even if the rabbit had no sway bar, rear axle boxed ..etc .... or i could just put stiffer springs on the the rs do an engine swap and prolly still loose to the rabbit on the straight or the twisties. According to the numbers my gfs 95 integra is faster than my car , ive driven both of the cars many times and guess what ..i still like my subaru better. I bought the car because i like the way it looks and i do enjoy a nice drive on some gravel, mud road once in a while......so my point is if i wanted a car that goes fast in a straight line, i would have bought a stang, but i wanted an awd drive car, and this is the best bang for the buck, untill i can afford an sti........
