Seat Belt Flashing Indicator/Seat Rails
Hi,
I've been having issues with my Seat rails as in previous posting and
recently one morning I went to start the car and it was abnormally quiet. So
I turned the car off turn the ignition part way and noticed that yes the
seat belt indicator was not on or flashing. So I'm wondering if the
"adjustments" they tried may have jiggled a cable lose or is this a fault in
the electrical. I'm beginning to become quite annoyed at the recent issues
I've been having with my Elantra and the service I am getting from the
dealer.

Actually, I believe I found the problem when I went into the seat I noticed
a cable dangling on the floor so I will have to see which or where I need to
plug this in. However, I'm wondering why the tech's who were trying to fix
my rocking seat why they didn't plug it in properly.

Re: Seat Belt Flashing Indicator/Seat Rails
In some cars, there's an unused connector coming out of the carpet. If
there's an unused one attached to your seat, there should definitely be
something plugged into it. As for why they would have left it that way--
they probably didn't notice they hadn't plugged it in.
