If it scratched through the clear coat then the only repair is to wet sand
the area, spot prime, block, base color and clear coat it. Best left to a
body shop given the nature of your question. You can try getting some
medium cut rubbing compound from an auto parts store and rubbing the area
out yourself. Follow the directions on the can but don't use any power
tools to rub it out - do it by hand. You may find that it buffs out to
something suitable to you. If not - take it to a body shop.
