Replacing timing belt on Santa Fe
Has anyone done this here? I can't find a manual locally
and nothing on the web as I can find. I do see references
here and there about it rated as a 2 or 2 1/2 hour job so
something that needs doing isn't obvious to me. Thanks.
I have the 2.7 liter 24 valve DOHC engine.
and nothing on the web as I can find. I do see references

http://www.hmaservice.com/webtech/
for the Hyundai manual.
I replaced the timing belt in a 99 Sonota V6 with this information. I
could be more detailed but was enough to get the job done.
A lot better than what I have seen for other manufacturers without
buying a service manual.

Unfortunately it only seems to work with Internet Explorer. (I use
Mozilla Firefox running under Linux.) Apparently the site's developers
don't know (or don't care) that not everyone on the Internet uses
Microsoft products.
