Rebates
I'm sure this is a stupid question, but I can't find the answer
anywhere.
I know that Hyundai has rebates up to $2000 for a 2004, and up to
$2500 for a 2003 Elantra. Are those rebates applied at the time of
purchase, or are they mailed to you after the purchase?
Thanks!

Since I just purchased my car on Sunday, let me tell you that it's
deducted at the time of purchase. However, the sales tax is based on the
price of the car BEFORE the rebate is deducted.
