A couple mechanical ??'s please.
1996 Huyndai Elantra - standard.
The car has sat over the winter. Late Nov - Early March
1. The right rear E-brake is stuck. Any tips to unstick it?
The left rear is not stuck. After the wheel is removed, what else needs to
be done to pull the drums?
2. The clutch was "frozen" and I bent the push rod that goes into the clutch
master cylinder. Is that a separate part# or need I get the whole cylinder?
(or fabricate the part) Any tips for "unfreezing" the clutch? I can't see
where it could bind - other than corrosion where the actuator shaft enters
the housing?
3. The alternator is also frozen - broke the belt too. How expensive are
they? Easy enough to replace or should it go to the shop?

With the rear wheel off, whack the drum a few times to break the rust
loose. Start with a soft mallet...
Parking with the e-brake on in damp environment invites brake shoe
freezing to drum, even overnight.
Dunno about the clutch being stuck too.
The Alt may be repairable but it will be loads easier to get
a rebuilt unit.

With the rear wheel off, whack the drum a few times to break the rust
