Breaking System on 03 and 05 Sonata (V6)
I've got an 03 Sonata LX that, all in all, I'm pretty happy with.
Once of the things that I've never been happy with is that the breaks
are prety poor. I just drove an 05 LX yesterday that my dealer gave
me as a loaner. The breaks on that car are MUCH better than mine.
They actually stop the car without having to stomp the pedal (and when
you do stomp the pedal they stop you even faster). Have there been
any changes on the breaking system over the last two years (bigger
rotors, better calipers, steel break lines, etc.)? The rotors looked
a little bigger to me, maybe about 0.5" larger diameter, but it was
hard to tell because it was pretty dark out by the time that I could
get the two vehicles side-by-side.
If there have been some changes, does anyone know where I could get
the parts to upgrade my car? I would rather not get them directly
fromt the dealer because they'll charge me three times what everything
is worth.

I think that the accent brakes suck also, I have even gotten new brake pads
and they dont seem to help much, my old escort had better brakes, much more
"touchier'. So any tips on how to make then better would be helpful
