'05 Tiburon variable speed intermittent wipers
Hello All
You read right, my car had this feature.
A few months ago I noticed that, when the wipers were set at the slowest
intermittent speed and the vehicle speed is below 25 mph the wipers were
indeed intermittent.
However when I sped up past 25 mph the wipers would be constant at the
slower constant speed.
This lasted for 2-3 months and then last week I noticed that it reverted to
being intermittent at all vehicle speeds.
Any ideas? Hyundaitech?
Best Regards

I had a Sonata once that did this. It reverted to speed sensitive wiping
(normal) in the middle of my test drive. I replaced the electronic time
and alarm module-- this would be a BCM (body control module) in your car--
and it hasn't been back for this issue.

Hello hyundaitech,

I must keep this note for the next time I go in. Would they be able to diagnoe
the BCM as being faulty if the speed sensitive operation is no longer happening?
This is not an urgent problem by any means so I would get it fixed whenever.
