hm..... well i have looked at some honda s2000 hardtop pictures, and it looks like u can put 4 seats into it. so do u think its posible?

Not much room behind the seats - maybe enought space to throw a jacket. You would have to create a custom top and then tub out all the whole rear end. Plus how ever sat back there would be on top of the transmission and suspension. The end result would not look much like the original S2000.Strictly a 2 seat car.
