2001 Honda Prelude VTIR ATTS performance header?

Firstly, they are one of the finest cars I've ever driven - until I get a porsche. I live in Australia. I have a budget of around $800, Being the hedonist I am, I require a header that will increase HP without any unnecessary increase in noise and cost - I know the standard is fine but I require more! I don't want a DC header (which seems to be ALL thats available under $1000). Finding one that fits a ATTS/SH model (plenty don't), is pre-fabricated (custom made under $1000 and local?), provides reputable power (is proven), can be located nearby (in Australia), and is relatively cost-effective has been an absolute nightmare for me to establish. Mugen is an option but the price and international shipping costs are phenominal. Yes I'm a perfectionist but I want whats best for my car. Do I really have to accept huge prices? Any Lude experts... help!
