wondow regulator
The right rear window glass can not be fully closed recently on my 92 accord
Lx. I opened the door compartment and found out that a white plastic piece
has broken which was on the top of the metal roller track to seperate and
direct the cables controled by the power window motor. Since this plastic
thing is broken, part of the cable is loosed a bit which caused the problem.
I looked at several Honda parts stores online, seems the whole thing is sold
as the wondow regulator which is quite expensive. Except this plastic part
(which I saw can be replaced easily), everything else is in good condition.
Does any of you know where I can order just this plastic part? Probably I
can only go find one in the junk yard. Thanks for any input!

I have a defective regulator I removed from the right rear of my daughter's
'93 Accord LX. A gear in the motor is deformed, so I got a replacement
regulator at a wrecking yard. I think I see the piece you are talking about,
an L shaped piece 3 inches long and 1 1/2 inches high. If you email me
(remove "null" from my address) with an address to mail it to, you're
welcome to either the plastic part or the whole thing.
