I don't know, but it looks like that prelude has more pounds per horse power
which possibly could make it a slower car. but there are other things to
consider such as the shape and size of the power band and how well the
gearing lets you take advantage of it.
In 2000, that is using 3042lbs and 200hp for the prelude and 2672lbs and
180hp for the integera.

times Both are quick off the line, the Prelude has more torque and
horsepower, but the Integra has less weight and a better power too weight
ratio 14.8 vs. 15.2. The Prelude might have an advantage on a road course /
autocross because of it's Torque transfer system acting as a limited slip
differential. I don't know if the GSR had a limited slip.
