The vibration obviously turned on the Caps Lock on your keyboard too.
It's considered to be shouting, posting like that. Turn off your Caps
lock, and perhaps your question will be answered.

So it appears to be related to slowing down and stops when the car is
shifted to neutral? It not being wheel related, it could be due to bad motor
mounts or perhaps a flaky torque converter.

Try driving around the block in D3--slow and stop and determine if you
have the same vibration problem. If you do, it's my guess that there is a
problem with your transmission. If not, it could be related to a
suspension related problem.

Where to start? To avoid a whole lot of speculation, knowing the
mileage, year, and the country would help. It's also handy to know when
you last changed your tranny fluid, and did you use Honda Z1, or just
anything off the shelf? Is the vehicle new-to-you?
