Twin Cities Dealer Recommendations
To Honda owners in the Minneapolis - Saint Paul area ---
I'm in Saint Paul, purchased my '03 Honda Accord from Buerkle Honda,
and am looking for recommendations for service. I've not had any real
service there, but when I asked them a check a couple of things, I
felt they just brushed me off with "it's normal" without really
listening. (I had a great experience with their body shop, however.)
The closest dealers are Buerkle (if you had experiences I'd like to
get your opinion), Burnsville, and the Richfield-Bloomington dealer
off 494.
Recommendations / experiences / opinions would be most welcomed.
Thanks
Tom

I bought a CR-V from RB Honda and thought it wqs a good experience.
I've heard that they have a good service dept and that it is a
non-union shop, but that was 3-4 years ago. I do all my own service
work and the CR-V never needed any warranty repair so I didn't get to
experience it firsthand.....

Tom, Burnsville Honda has been servicing our Hondas (we're now on Nos. 3
(2003 CRV) and 4 (2003 Accord V-6 EXL) since 1989 when South Import
Motors couldn't fix a persistent brake squeak. Tony Dreawes is the
Service Manager there and he has a wonderful staff. Brent Van Tassel,
Paul, or Rick usually work on my vehicle. I don't regret the expense.
I love them. They love me. I bring them brownies. If you call
(952-892-1100) tell them Barb Schaller The Brownie Queen sent you!
(If you want to email, note address is munged.)
