Z1 is the correct Honda ATF. Who knows what your "regular service
center" used. Unless they were a Honda specialist, they probably put in
the wrong stuff!

1) Since it sounds like your tranny is presently CONTAMINATED with
Non-Honda fluid, you need to be more thorough about getting ALL the
other stuff out. I would normally only do it twice.
