tranny going on a 93 integra, what to do?
nuts
on my 93 integra they tell me the transission is going
( the s3 flashes occasionally when starting and stops next time it starts )
the only solution offered was to rebuild the transmission.
the quote is 2100 $ canadian.
if I didn't do the 900$ brake job this spring I would just let it die.
anyways, I guess the question is
1. how much should I risk driving it until I can afford to fix it.
2. should I bother fixing it, or just let it go
3. any other advice regarding a trany job on a 10 year old integra
thanks

Find a used one in an auto salvage yard.
Then, you could keep yours and get it rebuilt at your convenience
later on if you wished, to keep in reserve if you end up keeping your
car or sell if you do not.
