Thanks for the replies. I have now also located the plug.
The information on the plug is in the 2003 EX manual on page 240.
In case your manual does not include it, a poor description is as follows:
From left to right in the shape of a U:
Ground (black)
Right turn signal (green/yellow)
Back-up light (green/black)
Brake light (white/black)
Taillight (red/black)
Left turn (green/blue)

The service manual shows the trailer connector at the left tail light. I
looked in mine and there is a connector held with blue tape just inside the
access panel in the trunk. No idea about what is on the connector or its
pinout, do not have the electrical manual.
