Tire Replacement
I am replacing my Michelin HX MXM4 205/55-16 RSX-S tires at 4/32" wear. I
notice degrading performance at and below 4/32" (especially noise and
slipping and sliding in intersections), the sipes are disappearing at that
point. State law is to replace at 2/32".
Anybody else replace at 4/32"?

Always, if not sooner. I will not compromise tire safety. If you get in
one accident, or hit someone because you were trying to "stretch your
mileage" with your tires, it will be a silly attempt at economy.
