I use NGK, regular copper - it's better to adjust spark plug gap every few
years, so might as well replace the plugs - this no need to buy platinum for
that.
Bosch works well too, just be careful to gap it a bit more than recommended
(around .050 instead of .039-0.043).
I've been told by a mechanic that otherwise you might have misfires & bad
fuel economy (this is only for the Bosch plugs), since they're not
specifically designed for Hondas.

To be on the safe side, go with NGK - be sure to torque them to 13-15
feet-pnds, and use some lock-ease compound on the threads.

OEM is also Denso and thats what I have used. Owners manual on my
1999 Ex says Denso or NGK and Auto Zone had the Denso. They were
already gapped to .04 just like the manual said. I don't have a
torque wrench just tightened like it said on the box. My mpg jumped
about 2-3 mpg. Wires looked good..
