set idle '90 CRX HF

I drove the resurrected CRX to work today, first outing since getting it
started. Once it warmed up, it wanted to idle around 200 RPM, so it stalled
unless I heel-and-toed to a stop.

So how does one adjust idle on these? Is it a simple screw, or does the
computer take care of it when everything is right?
