Normally it's a case of a bulb being burnt out. But you say that all the
bulbs are lighting, so that can't be the reason.

Maybe a bulb is getting near failure.
The old flashers used a bimetal strip heated by current drawn by the
bulbs, and when a bulb opened, the rest on that branch would flash slower or
just stay on.Too bright a bulb(or adding a trailer's lights),and they would
flash faster(thus the need for a HD flasher).
Maybe a bulb filament has broken, and reconnected but is now slightly
shorter, and burns hotter.(and uses more current)
Try putting new bulbs in.
I don't know enough about Honda flasher modules to know how they work.

Turn on the parking lights and try the flashers. Does either of the tail
lights go dim? If so, you have a ground problem.

Re: right turn signal starting to blink faster than normal
i caught the problem. i bought the car last year and someone didn't turn the
plastic light socket fully into the tail light lense and some moisture was
getting to it and cause minor corrosion. i sprayed a little wd-40 in the
socket and put a new bulb in it and problem solved. thanks for the advice.
