Could be a bend control arm rubbing against brake lines

Re: Rubbing Sound in Wheel Well?
I found the same noise in my Accord was the brake rotors. There was
some corrosion along the outer edges that was rubbing on the calipers as
the wheel turned. Cleaned it off and the noise went away. bob
