now the thing is they are both i good condition and there is no leak it is the peddle that has no pressure it is like it is not even connecte

The PEDAL has a coiled return spring. Yours has broken and needs to be
replaced. The part costs about $5.
It's easy to replace, but you do have to be careful about spring tension
while you maneuver it into place. Also space is tight under the dash so
it's a bit fiddly.
