True story: When the flex pipe started leaking on my '92 Accord, I got
a piece of galvanized heat duct at Lowes and 5 stainless steel worm
drive clamps. I cut the duct to length, wrapped it around the flex and
held it fast with the clamps. Sure the car vibrates a little bit at
idle, but the repair was cheep and leak proof and has held for seven
years. bob
