Could it be that the American coupe style lacks the EX designator while the
sedan style retains it? After searching for "Honda Accord coupe 2003" in
Google's image search, it appears that none of the coupes pictured (other
than the V6) show an added designation. Of course, this is pure
speculation. The Honda website only provides a 360 degree view of its LX
model.

Re: '03 Accord EX Coupe - No EX Emblem?
You don't really need it. The 2003 Accord Coupe comes 'standard'
from the factory ONLY equipped with 'EX goodies' and everything else but the
kitchen sink ... 240 hp V6, sunroof, leather, etc. and with its unique
styling, is an entity only to itself. You can't get an Accord Coupe any
other way.

Sorry, Marvin. I can get a 2003 Accord coupe in LX trim with 4 cylinder
engine and 5 speed manual transmission for $18K.
What ripoff dealer have *you* been speaking with?

I stand corrected, the writer is correct. Sorry. The Honda coupe
comes with various 'trim' options. My three requirements were a coupe, V6
and leather. The only
logo on the back of mine is a V6 emblem, no EX/LX designation.
