If the car has SRS, the circuit uses a horn relay. In the case of a 92
Accord, the location is under dash mounted on far left side. Four wires,
WHT/YEL, BLU/RED, LT GRN/BLU and BLK. If no SRS, no relay, just uses a
horn switch. That's the way 92s were. You're 91 may be different...Good
