Hey all, so I just finished my lease on my 2001 Jetta and have decided to
wait a bit before getting another car because my GF and I are having a baby.
Which leads me to you guys...

She has an '89 civic, pretty damn good condition, only 110,000 km (under 70k
miles)

Now as wonderful as this '89 civic is, it is a lot slower and does not
handle nearly as well as my Jetta did. I am looking to spend around $2500
CAN on the car and was just wondering if any of you had suggestions on what
the best mods to do would be to get the most bang for your buck?
