no headlights on 1990 accord dx
1990 Honda Accord DX. Both headlights went out at the same time.
Replaced switch arm assembly which is located on steering column.
Still no headlights. Help!

all other exterior lights are working fine. and left and right
headloight fuses in box under the hood are good.
