Immobilizer
Honda Civic 2003: Does anyone know if the factory installed "immobilzer"
anti-theft system is an active one that causes the lights to blink and the
horn to blow. Or is it a passive system that simply shuts off the fuel
system if a recognizable key is not inserted.
